Vintage 1950's Napco 'Miss Cutie Pie' Creamer (Pink) - Japan
This preloved creamer has a small chip on the rim of opening (closest to handle) as well as a small chip at the base. Some signs of crazing to face. There is some slightly 'patchy' paint in spots. This is under the glaze and would have done during manufacturing (see photos). Light discoloration to interior base of cup.
